Take Control of Your Health

Usually, when someone sees a person taking this many pills, they get concerned.
"Should you really be taking all of those pills?", most people say.
I should be taking these pills.
Every morning, I take twelve pills and mix another into my water.
That is a grand total of seven different kinds I take every day.
The important thing I should tell you is that only one is a prescription drug.
All others are whole food supplements, enzymes, and vitamins that my body needs to function.
I received these pills from my Nutrition Response Testing Practitioner.

What is Nutrition Response Testing, you ask?

Nutrition Response Testing is a non-invasive way of analyzing the body to determine the underlying causes of illness and non-optimum health.
It is not one based on masking symptoms through drugs or medication but instead finding the underlying cause of the problem and helping the body heal itself.

How does this happen?

As the Practitioner is doing the test, they are testing your body’s neurological reflexes. These reflexes are the nervous system’s way of telling the practitioner what and how your organ’s and other body systems are doing. This is possible because the nervous system regulates the body’s functions for each and every organ. The testing includes all organs, glands, joints, muscles and the entire body.
These reflexes are tested on the surface of the body.
This happens because electrical energy flows exist between all parts and organs of the body. This is how your nervous system communicates and controls the body’s functions. These flows can become disrupted for a variety of reasons. This disruption in the nervous system’s healthy electrical flows is what they are testing.

The test looks like this:

The practitioner will do the analysis by contacting your extended arm with one hand while contacting a specific reflex area with the other hand. If the tested reflex is stressed your nervous system will respond by reducing energy to your extended arm and send it to the stressed organ or body part.  This will cause your extended arm to weaken and drop.  This indicates an underlying stress or other dysfunction in that area of your body which may be adversely affecting your health.
Once the underlying cause of the dysfunction is corrected using proper nutrition the “weak” muscle response in your arm will no longer occur.

When I first head about NRT, I thought it was bogus. How can your body tell you what it needs to fix it?

Well, after doing a lot of research and reading, I learned that this practice really makes the most sense and its drugs and lab tests that dont make sense!

Our bodies are amazing. We were never meant to fill our bodies with synthetic drugs, and invasive testing. Our bodies were meant to heal themselves, they have the power to do so!

My Story:

Before I began NRT, I lived a life that was miserable in regards to my health and I thought that was just the way it was going to be.

I was chronically tired, got headaches everyday, was lactose intolerant, had symptoms of IBS, and had an emergency cholecystectomy in March. Following the surgery, I had tremendous pain attacks and constant nausea. This lasted for about three months.

Over that three month span, I made frequent trips to the ER, my regular doctor, and a specialist  all at the Mayo clinic, racking up over $20,000 in bills.

After a blood and urine test at every visit, I received a couple responses. Here are three of the best ones!
1. "This is normal after surgery. Youre going to feel different for a while." - ER doctors
2. "I really think the pain is heartburn, here is some antacid." - regular doctor
3. "I have no idea what it is. I am stumped" - specialist

All of these statements, yet no doctor chose to run a test on me besides a blood/urine analysis.

Since this awful experience at Mayo, I have been doing Nutrition Response Testing and have seen 100% gain in my health. It took about a month and a half to uncover different issues, but once I got a hold on some things, I started to feel so much better.

I feel so good knowing I healed my body.
It feels good to make my body feel healthy simply by giving it the nutrients it is crying out for!

So yes, I am going to continue to take these pills and yes, I will continue to give family and friends cards and recommendations to experience this change in health! I have seen this help me, I have seen this help a family friend, and I have heard from other patients of my practitioner, I know I don't need any more convincing...

I challenge you to do some research and consider taking control of your health today!

  1. Hannah,
I loved the informational side and the personal side to this post!
Also though the way you laid out the format with the possible questions and rolled into the answers was a really great way to keep the flow going!
    Nice work!

  2. its awesome how you did such an informative piece while also keeping it personal. you talked about the information but also your personal experience. I really liked it!

  3. Love this post! You do an amazing job of explaining what NRT is, and then relating it to your own life. Very informational for people experiencing the same symptoms. Even though there is not a call to action, I feel as though there is an implied one. This makes me want to look into NRT for myself!
